Building Automation Technicians

Entry Level Positions

The ground floor of an exciting industry. We need hard working energetic folks ready to learn and excel at what we teach them. Work with your hands, learn life skills, and open your mind to how things work in Building Automation Systems. You must be prompt, able to accept direction, work with many different people and have reliable transportation.

Trade Level Positions

Lead a team and perform a task as it relates to installing a Building Automation System. Begin to learn basic programming in various systems. Troubleshoot and install various devices. Understanding Basic Mechanical Systems a plus.

Project Leader Positions

Overall responsibility for installing a project from start to finish. Read Blueprints, follow technical wiring diagrams, install and check devices, help mechanical services troubleshoot equipment through the BAS, assist and direct startup of mechanical rooms, RTUs, ERUs and WSHPs, coordinate with project stakeholders, multitask several projects at once with multiple teams. Follow project scope, inform stakeholders of any scope changes, be able to represent the Company professionally in owners’ meetings.

Mechanical Service Technicians

Job Description:

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC Technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Candidates should have extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment and should be comfortable working with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
Perform consultations with customers
Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
Documents work by completing paperwork in online service portal for each job
Provides technical support to customers
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required

Requirements:

3-5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Associate’s degree, HVAC trade school certification or 5 year apprenticeship program
Valid driver’s license
No DUI, DUID or DWAI convictions in the past 36 months.
EPA-Approved Universal Technician Certification
Can successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
