Building Automation Designed for an Industrial Manufacturing Facility
When Haering Precision built its Lavonia, Georgia facility, Frazier implemented a building automation system to support efficient building operations in an industrial setting.
Project Details and Process
Frazier delivered the building automation system during the facility build, helping ensure core building functions could be centrally monitored and controlled from day one. After installation and setup, our team provided hands-on training so Haering Precision’s in-house staff could confidently operate and maintain the system. Once their internal team was prepared to manage the system independently, ongoing service transitioned in-house, so this project is not an active maintenance contract today.
Results of the Project
By incorporating building automation during construction, Haering Precision moved into a facility with controls already in place to support day-to-day operations. The training component helped their team take ownership of the system and reduce reliance on external service for routine needs. This approach supported a smoother handoff, long-term maintainability, and reliable facility management.
