Phased HVAC Renovation for a 24/7 Occupied Facility
The Buice Center required a major HVAC renovation, but because the building is occupied around the clock, the work had to be carefully planned to reduce disruption. Frazier Service Company completed the project in phases, allowing critical upgrades to move forward while supporting the building’s ongoing operations.
This approach helped the facility improve its mechanical systems without interrupting the day-to-day use of the building.
Project Details and Scope
This project involved a full mechanical replacement that addressed several major components of the building’s infrastructure. Frazier replaced large air handling units (AHUs), completed mechanical room upgrades, and installed new piping and ductwork as part of the renovation.
Because of the scope of work, the project also included a roof replacement along with structural steel for new rooftop units. Additional improvements included plumbing upgrades, lighting replacement, and electrical upgrades to support the updated mechanical systems and overall building performance.
