Full HVAC Renovation for a Gwinnett County Middle School
Pinckneyville Middle School needed major HVAC and interior system upgrades to improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term building performance. Frazier Service Company completed a full mechanical replacement project along with several supporting improvements throughout the facility.

Project Details and Scope
The project at Pinckneyville Middle School included a complete mechanical replacement designed to improve the performance and reliability of the school’s HVAC infrastructure. Frazier upgraded the mechanical room and replaced the building’s water-source heat pumps (WSHPs), fans, and supply and return grilles.
