Full HVAC Renovation for a Gwinnett County High School
Collins Hill High School needed major HVAC and facility upgrades to support better building performance and long-term reliability. Frazier Service Company completed a full mechanical replacement project along with several additional improvements throughout the space.
This work helped modernize key building systems and support a more comfortable, functional environment for students and staff.
Project Details and Scope
This project involved a complete replacement of major mechanical components throughout the school. Frazier upgraded the mechanical room and replaced the building’s water-source heat pumps (WSHPs), fans, supply and return grilles, and all associated piping.
In addition to the HVAC renovation, the project also included several supporting facility upgrades. New ceilings and lighting fixtures were installed, along with electrical upgrades, plumbing fixture upgrades, and new block wall chases with paint.
By combining HVAC improvements with related building upgrades, the project addressed multiple facility needs at once and supported a more complete renovation outcome.
Results of the Project
The Collins Hill High School renovation improved the performance and reliability of the school’s HVAC infrastructure while also updating important interior building elements.
